MEET THE DOCTORDr. Debra
Bailey
Dr. Debra L. Bailey was born and raised in southern California. She established Annapolis Dermatology Center in 1991, which she developed into a multi-faceted practice of 9 physicians.
Dr. Bailey has published articles in peer-reviewed literature, written a chapter in Clinical Dermatology, and lectured on various skin topics. Dr. Bailey’s clinical excellence and compassion for patients resulted in her being honored with Maryland Governor Hogan’s Citation of Excellence in 2015 and multiple Top Doc and Patients Choice Awards.
After many years as a part-time resident of Collier County, Dr. Bailey retired from Annapolis Dermatology Center and moved permanently to Naples in 2015.
She now extends her passion and expertise to the greater community of Southwest Florida, at High Tide Dermatology Center, located in downtown Naples at 599 9th Street N, Suite 300, on the third floor of the First Horizon Bank building.
Dr. Bailey brings to High Tide Dermatology Center her commitment to individualized care, emphasizing patients’ quality of life. She has a special interest in caring for adult and pediatric patients who suffer from complicated skin disorders.

Stover
Melanie Stover, BSN, PA-C is a dedicated Physician Assistant with over 15 years of experience in Medical general dermatology for patients of all ages. Melanie’s scope of practice includes skin cancer screening and treatment, acne, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis and common dermatologic conditions.
Originally from Michigan, and now residing in Naples, Florida, Melanie Graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2006 with honors. Her career in healthcare follows a distinguished path that includes service in the U.S. Army where she had the unique experience of traveling the county playing softball and representing the United States.
In addition to her military service, as a Military Policeman, she had a longstanding career as an emergency and family medicine nurse. She is licensed as a Physician Assistant in the state of Michigan and Florida and is board certified by the NCCPA.
Outside of her professional life, Melanie is dedicated to her large family and two Labrador Retrievers. She enjoys traveling, kayaking, sporting events and continues to stay active in her community.
